Refund

Overview

Theme-X sells products through multiple platforms. Refund eligibility depends on where you purchased the product. Digital goods cannot be physically returned, so refund rules are based on whether the product works as described, whether support was provided, and how long ago the purchase was made.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country.

Avas — ThemeForest purchases

Avas is sold exclusively through ThemeForest (Envato Market). Refunds for Avas follow the Envato Market Refund Rules.

When a refund may be granted

  • The theme is materially different from its description or live preview
  • The theme does not function as described and the issue cannot be resolved through an update
  • A security vulnerability exists and cannot be patched in a reasonable timeframe
  • Promised item support was not provided as outlined in the Item Support Policy
  • You have not downloaded the item within 30 days of purchase (verified via your purchase code)

When a refund is generally not granted

  • You changed your mind or no longer need the product
  • You lack the technical knowledge to install or configure WordPress themes
  • You bought the item by mistake but have already downloaded it
  • The item was removed from ThemeForest and you did not download it before removal
  • Your purchase is older than 180 days (for supported items like Avas) or 30 days (for unsupported items)

How to request a ThemeForest refund

  1. Log in to your ThemeForest account
  2. Go to your Downloads page and locate Avas
  3. Submit a refund request through Envato’s refund request form
  4. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
  5. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may raise a dispute with Envato for a final decision

Approved refunds are processed by Envato using the same payment method used at checkout, in US Dollars.

Free WordPress plugins

Rankiva and Elematic are free plugins distributed on WordPress.org. No payment is collected by Theme-X for these products, so refunds do not apply. If you experience a bug or compatibility issue, please report it through our support desk or the plugin’s WordPress.org support forum.

Shopify apps

StockPalette and other Shopify apps are sold through the Shopify App Store. Billing and refunds are handled by Shopify under their app billing policies. To cancel a subscription or request a refund for a Shopify app charge, manage billing through your Shopify admin panel or contact Shopify support directly.
